1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bounce88 platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, promotions, and customer support channels provided by bounce88 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any feature of the Platform, you ("the Player", "you") enter into a binding legal agreement with bounce88 and confirm your full acceptance of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of bounce88 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Where bounce88 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account belongs to an individual under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. If verification confirms the account holder is a minor, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds in the account forfeited. bounce88 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a minor accessing the Platform by misrepresenting their age.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services available on bounce88 — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and not misleading. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bounce88. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bounce88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and confiscate any balances or bonus credits held across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You must notify bounce88 immediately via our support team if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bounce88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 KYC Verification

bounce88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with best practice for responsible online gaming. You may be asked to submit identity documents at various stages, including upon first withdrawal request, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or where our fraud monitoring systems flag unusual activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements and satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits and promotional funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a cumulative total of ৳30,000 across eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each registered player is entitled to claim any given promotional offer once, unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using separate accounts, different payment methods, or different device identities constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential suspension of the account.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated on the promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance. bounce88 is not obligated to issue reminders before bonus expiry. It is the player's responsibility to track the validity period of any active bonus.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bounce88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market in question. These rules are displayed within each game and within the relevant sports betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on bounce88 — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — is conducted at live and pre-match odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked in. bounce88 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where pricing errors, data feed failures, or match integrity concerns have been identified.

6.2 Casino Games

6.3 Bet Cancellation

6.4 Maximum Winnings

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using bounce88, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, recreational purposes and to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with applicable law. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and legal action:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or funding of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or infrastructure.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in the Platform — these must be reported to our support team immediately upon discovery.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or making deposits on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards bounce88 staff or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account closure restrictions by registering a new account.

bounce88 actively monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void outstanding bets, confiscate any balance (including winnings derived from prohibited activities), and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bounce88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7, failure to complete KYC verification, breach of any provision of these Terms, or where continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the Platform or other players.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bounce88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to processing voluntary closure, any outstanding KYC verification requirements must be satisfied and any active wagering requirements assessed. Remaining account balances (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated payment method following satisfactory verification.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for wellbeing reasons may request self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion suspends access to the account for the selected period and prevents new deposits and wagers. 8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by bounce88 — all outstanding bonus credits, unclaimed free bets, and promotional funds are immediately forfeited. Bets placed prior to closure that are still pending settlement will be settled in accordance with normal rules, with any winnings processed to the verified payment method on file or held pending resolution where the closure was initiated due to suspected prohibited conduct.
